Our main course at the present time is the Welfare Benefits Refresher and Update. The intention is that this course should, as far as possible, be accessible both to experienced workers and to those with more limited knowledge. The courses cover changes in legislation, case law and policy during the last twelve to eighteen months. Regular attenders on our courses are able to follow the story of some of the more interesting and more quirky cases as they develop!
